Please note the Loose-Fit shirts are looser than your regular shirts. Someone who normally wears a size medium might want to order a size small, for a slightly shorter, tighter fit. If you want the loose, just go ahead with the size you would normally wear. 

The Relaxed-Fit shirts are slightly more adjusted, so you might just want to go ahead with the size you would normally wear.
