Standard international shipping: your order arrives 2-4 weeks from order.
Express international shipping: your order arrives 3-7 days from order.
All other postage and shipping costs depend on your geographic location and will be shown to you at the checkout. All prices are in USD.
We aim to ship your order out the same or next day. You will be emailed a tracking number after your order has been shipped. All items are sent with registered mail. Tracking can be done at Pos Indonesia (EMS).
To make sure your order safely reaches you, a signature may be required upon delivery. However, you may choose to have your parcel left without a signature (e.g. on your front porch). If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with alternative delivery or pick-up options.
Return & Exchange Policy
Be sure of your order. Because our products are produced in very limited quantities, all sales are FINAL.
Please make sure that the shipping address is secure and safe. We provide tracking information but we cannot be responsible once Pos Indonesia (EMS) delivers items.
We will refund in cases where the item ordered is out of stock and no replacement was found. Replacements made only at customers request.

If you are not satisfied about the size of the item(s) you ordered, Tropikal is not responsible for this, and we will not process any returns. It is the customer's responsibility to check our comprehensive Size Chart and to order the right size.
