How long will it take to get my order?

- Standard international shipping - your order arrives 2-3 weeks from order
 
- Express international shipping - your order arrives 3-7 days from order
We aim to ship your order out the same or next day. You will be emailed a tracking number after your order has been shipped.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Be sure of your order. All sales are FINAL.
 
Please make sure that the shipping address is secure and safe. We provide tracking information but we cannot be responsible once Pos Indonesia (EMS) delivers items.
 
We will refund in cases where the item ordered is out of stock and no replacement was found. Replacements made only at customers request. We stand behind everything we sell.

If you are not satisfied about the size of the item(s) you ordered, Tropikal is not responsible for this, and we will not process any returns. It is the customer's responsibility to check our comprehensive Size Chart and to order the right size.

First, make sure to check your Junk mail folder.
Please allow up to 5 hours after purchase time to receive a confirmation email.
Your order tracking number will be emailed within 24 hours after placing your order.
